How Current Is the Information?
County rolls change, portals move, fees are revised, directory reels have gaps, and map layers can be updated. Fresno's removal of online APN-to-address matching in 2025 is one example of a material access change. We try to keep Clovis pages grounded in the research file, but no office name, URL, coverage year, search field, or fee is guaranteed current. Confirm with the custodian before relying on a record.
